STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN

The Village of Shawnee Hills is required to develop, implement and support a Storm Water Management program (SWMP) to the maximum extent practicable (MEP), to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the Ohio Revised Code 6111 and the Clean Water Act.

Complaints

If any resident or business owner is having issues with storm water on their property, the following is a list of forms for you to complete based on what type of problem you are having.

All forms can be dropped off at the Village office or emailed to info@shawneehillsoh.org.

If you notice non-storm water discharge, please complete the Illicit Discharge Form.

If you have water in your basement or stormwater affecting your building, please complete the Wet Basement and Storm Water Questionnaire.

For all other Storm Water/Drainage issues, please complete the Drainage Assistance Request Form.
